Kinal 5. A pre-cursor to the MK-5. This bass in not mint, and not even in excellent condition. I would call it good condition though, there is definitely some wear that tried to capture. At the neck, there was a little crack on the body (this was fixed, I need to get new pics up), at the volume knobs apparently some biggere knobs used to be up there that wore through the finish. Besides those two, there are some scratches, and a couple of dings, but nothing through the finish. Quilted Maple Top over Swamp Ash Body 5 piece neck built from Flame Maple with Paudauk laminates and a matching Quilted Maple Front Headstock and a CocoBolo Rear Headstock Veneer .The fingerboard is Pau Ferro. That said, it sounds great, plays great, and is light as hell. If you need something to play, this is it! And, what a piece of work, Kinals are really something else. 900
