Brand new R bass. This is a double cut bolt on with Custom Seymour Duncans and the John East Deluxe preamp.
The body is alder with an extremely gorgeous flamed and figured maple top with mahogany veneer in between. The neck is maple with mahogany stringers
and a mahogany centerpiece in the headstock. The fingerboard is highly figured birdseye maple and the headstock has a flamed maple veneer with a birdseye
logo plate. This is a 33" scale bass and the B string is absolutely fantastic.
In addition to the East preamp controls there is a coil tap for the pickups. Its really going to be the sound that gets your attention, very versatile and just plain fabulous. The J slap sound is so there.
Ray's prices are about to go up, this bass would be 3200 now. During shipment, it received a pencil tip size indentation on the back, therefore it is 2700 now. The bass is tip top besides that.
